Biography

Christina was born in Heraklion, Greece and in 2023 she received her integrated Masters' Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, with a major in computer science. She conducted her thesis in the Biosim lab in research collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania CBICA, where she studied the evolution of mild cognitive impairment to dementia using interpretable machine learning. In the fall of 2023, she joined UEIL as a Ph.D. student in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Columbia University and is conducting research for the electromechanical wave imaging project.
