Biography
Angeliki obtained her M.D. degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, ranking second in her year, out of 285 students, with a GPA of 9.52/10. Through her clinical experience, she realized the impact of research on improving patient outcomes, and advancing our understanding of complex diaseases. Thus, she decided to commit to research for the next couple of years, before pursuing her residency in the U.S. In October 2024, Angeliki joined the Ultrasound Elasticity and Imaging Lab, as visitor Research Associate, assisting with laboratory techniques and applying her medical knowledge to contribute to ongoing research projects.
