Biography
Alina Kline-Schoder graduated from The George Washington University in May 2018 with a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Throughout her undergraduate career she primarily worked in a therapeutic ultrasound lab where she studied ultrasound-mediated drug delivery for treatment of onychomycosis (or nail fungus). Alina joined UEIL as an MS-to-PhD candidate in 2018. She is focusing on using focused ultrasound to open the blood-brain barrier for treatment of Alzheimer's Disease.
