Congratulations to Yangpei Liu on His Successful Dissertation Defense!

We’re excited to share that Yangpei Liu successfully defended his PhD dissertation on March 23, 2026. His dissertation was titled: A theranostic harmonic motion imaging system for breast cancer neoadjuvant systemic treatment response prediction and enhancement.

We are so incredibly proud of Yangpei and all that he has accomplished in his years at UEIL. You have had an incredible journey in this lab, sharing all of your wisdom and support with every member. 

Our celebration today featured many asian snacks and hotpot!
